1. Order confirmation
An order becomes binding when WIZXON issues a written order confirmation against a client purchase order. Specifications, quantities, commercial terms and delivery expectations are as stated in that confirmation.
2. Cancellation
Cancellation requests are reviewed against the supplier's production and dispatch status. Orders that have not entered production can usually be cancelled without charge; orders already in production, custom-configured, or shipped may attract supplier restocking, freight or cancellation charges, which are passed on at cost.
3. Returns
Goods supplied correctly to specification are not returnable unless the supplier's own return terms allow it. Where a return is accepted, goods must be unused, in original packaging, and returned with the reference we issue.
- Wrong item supplied — replaced or credited
- Damaged in transit — claim raised with carrier
- Short shipment — balance dispatched
- Change of requirement — subject to supplier terms
4. Warranty claims
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty as stated on the quotation. WIZXON coordinates warranty claims with the supplier on the client's behalf, including reporting, return logistics and replacement tracking.
5. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original paying account within a reasonable period after credit is confirmed by the supplier, net of any non-recoverable freight, bank or customs charges already incurred.
6. Services
Professional services already delivered are not refundable. Scheduled work that is cancelled before mobilisation is not charged, unless third-party costs have already been committed.
