Information published here is indicative and does not constitute a binding offer. Prices, availability, lead times and technical specifications are confirmed only in a written quotation issued by WIZXON.
A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to supplier confirmation at the time of order.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders are accepted subject to written confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates dependent on supplier production, shipping and customs processes outside our direct control.
4. Scope of services
Technology and cybersecurity services are defensive and advisory in nature and are performed only within a scope authorised in writing by the client. Equipment supply is subject to applicable regulatory and import requirements of the destination market.
5. Intellectual property
The WIZXON name, wordmark and the content of this website are the property of WIZXON Technology and Trading Company and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, WIZXON is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Contractual liability is governed by the terms of the applicable quotation or agreement.
